One to One Coaching

With an holistic approach to my one to one sessions, I work intuitively, using NLP Coaching to help you to discover your own path to wellness.

I also help you to find and make the lifestyle changes that are right for you, to rediscover a more natural way of living; whether it's through food, movement or other ways of learning how to be in tune with living well.

I help people of all ages to reset their lives and reconnect with what really matters to them. To find the tools they need to make the changes to their thoughts, beliefs, feelings and habits that are not serving them well and replace them with ones that lead to greater mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.

Session one is 90 minutes, all other sessions are 60 minutes.

I work both privately (currently via Zoom) and in corporate settings.
